Internal Medicine and Pediatrics of Cullman opened its doors in 2001 with the goal of becoming the provider of choice for primary care in north central Alabama. Dr. Michael Lunsford started the practice after finishing his training in a combined internal medicine and pediatrics program at UAB and Children’s Hospital. Since that time, the practice has continued to grow and flourish while holding to its initial goal.

In the fall of 2008, Dr. Brian Corliss joined the IMPC staff in internal medicine and pediatrics from UAB and Children’s Hospital. Dr. Tara Fales joined IMPC in 2015 after completing her training at LeBonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis. Dr. Ketchum joined the team in October 2019.

IMPC strives to provide the utmost quality medical care to adults and children in our community. We continue to accept new patients into our family. Additionally, we seek to recruit new providers to our practice in order to serve the adult and pediatric population in our area for generations to come.
