Do your physicians require immunizations?
Yes, our physicians require their patients to be immunized.
What insurance providers do you accept?
We will file to all insurances but patients will need to verify with their insurance provider that their physician is in network.
I don’t have insurance, can I still schedule an appointment?
Absolutely but payment will be expected at time of visit.
What will I need to bring to my first appointment?
Insurance cards, Drivers license, current medications and any allergies. Legal guardian will need to be present if patient is under the age of 19.
Are Copayments/deductibles due at time of visit?

How do I receive my test results?
Test results are available and can be viewed on our patient portal.
Do your physicians provide after hours coverage for patients?
There is always a physician on call. For pediatric patients we share call with other pediatricians in the community. We admit pediatric patients to CRMC and see newborn babies in the nursery at CRMC. We also maintain good relationships with physicians at Children’s Hospital for those who wish to have their child admitted at Children’s. In addition, we have after hours phone coverage for any questions. You can reach the nurse on call by calling the hospital operator at 256-737-2000. A physician is always available as well if needed.
We admit adult patients to the hospitalist service at CRMC and do provide after hour phone coverage for other emergent situations that may arise. Adult patients may contact the physician on call by calling 256-737-2000 as well.
Are your providers board certified?
All of our providers are board certified and participating in maintenance of certification for their specialty.
Do you see same day appointments? If me or my child is sick what do we do?
Yes! We prefer to see our patients when they are sick and will continue to add providers to meet this growing need. If you are sick please call our office at 256-739-1575 for an appointment.
